The short version

VibeGear collects the minimum it needs to run: your email if you create an account, and anonymous usage signals that tell us which components people like. We don't sell data, we don't run ad trackers, and we never see your card number.

VibeGear is operated by Anna Gorelik, a sole proprietor based in Israel, who is responsible for the data described here. To ask what is held about you, or to have it deleted, write to support@vibegear.io.

What we collect

Account data. When you register we store your email address. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and name from Google; we never see your Google password.

Usage signals. Reactions (like/dislike), prompt-copy counts, pages visited, gallery searches and clicks are recorded to help us improve the catalog. For anonymous visitors these are keyed to a random identifier stored in your browser, not to your identity; while you are logged in they are linked to your account email. These are never shared or tied to a public profile.

Payment data. Payments are processed entirely by our payment provider. We receive confirmation that you purchased, and which plan, never your card details.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage for what keeps you logged in and for interface preferences. Google Analytics, which sets its own cookies and processes the data under Google's privacy policy, only loads if you accept it in the banner on your first visit; decline and it is never loaded at all. You can change your mind any time under Analytics in Settings, and turning it off clears the cookies it set. We also count page views ourselves, without cookies and without following anyone to other sites. There are no advertising trackers.

Who else touches the data

VibeGear runs on Base44, which hosts the application and its database. Sign-in with Google and traffic measurement (Google Analytics) involve Google. Payments involve our payment provider. Each of these processes only what their role requires.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. Anonymous usage signals are kept indefinitely, since they contain nothing personal.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data entirely. One email does it: support@vibegear.io.

Changes to this policy

If the product starts collecting something new, this page will say so before it happens, with a new "last updated" date.
